I am preparing for a nature based vision quest. I will go out in the woods for three days to meditate. The main focus will be how I can support my son and daughter, how people can support me and thus how I can support the human race.
Thoughts on the word 'change'.
ReplyDeleteDefinitions:

n.
The act, process, or result of altering or modifying: a change in facial expression.
The replacing of one thing for another; substitution: a change of atmosphere; a change of ownership.
A transformation or transition from one state, condition, or phase to another: the change of seasons.

Which of these definitions is the 'change' you indicate
?
If transformation....can we really ever miss the opportunity to transform? I have always thought of that an option forever available.
Someone once said 'man exists at the standpoint of opportunity'. To me that means that the moment we are willing and intentional about transforming the opportunity will appear. The perfect or good enough conditions, circumstances and environment will form to support us.
What do you mean by going too fast?
Change, blessed change! Growth, awareness, being in the now. Why is it that "change" often means to simply stand still?
